Asante Kotoko midfielder Kwame Adom Frimpong will resume training this week ahead of a potential return.
The midfielder has been out of action for the past five Asante Kotoko fixtures after sustaining a groin injury in Kotoko’s premier league win over Dreams FC on May 8.
Adom Frimpong will join the rest of the squad in training on Tuesday, having had a good spell of light training sessions on the sidelines at the club’s training base Adako Jachie.
However, the Kumasi based team’s FA cup match against Bekwai Youth will be too early for the player’s return.
