Newly-appointed Black Stars assistant coach Patrick Greveraars has started work with the Black Stars ahead of the two-slated friendly matches.
The Ghana Football Association on Monday announced the appointment of Patrick Greveraars as the latest addition to the Black Stars technical team led by Charles Kwablan Akonnor.
The Black Stars will play the Atlas Lions of Morocco in Rabat, on Tuesday, June 8 before hosting the Elephants of Ivory Coast in Cape Coast on Saturday, June 12, 2021.
Greveraars was in the country when the official announcement was made and officially commenced work with the four-time Africa Cup of Nations Champions on Wednesday at the team’s based in Cape Coast.
The 45-year old previously worked with PSV Eindhoven, FC Porto, Vitesse Arnhem, Feyenoord Rotterdam, Anorthosis Famagusta.
