Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have terminated their two-and-half year deal with Michael Vinícius Silva after just three months with the club.
The Brazilian joined the Ghanaian giants on a two-and-half year deal in March this year on a free transfer.
“Asante Kotoko and Michael Vinicius have mutually parted ways.” The club confirms through official press release.
Vinícius, who has scored two goals in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season, has not featured for the Kumasi-based club after their match-week 24 game against Ebusua Dwarfs.
He was also absent from the club’s training sessions for an unknown reason for the past few weeks.
