Ghana premier league champions Asante Kotoko stepped up their training program for the new season as they defeated Division-two side Ghana Army FC by 4-0 at Ajiriganor Park in Accra.
The game saw the premier league gianst dominating from the start with players like newly recruited midfielder Zeze dictating play in midfield.
Augustine Agyapong, Mubarik Yussif, Enock Morrison, Dickson Afoakwa and Isaac Oppong were all in action for the Porcupine Warriors.
Kotoko scored three before the break through Isaac Oppong and Dickson Afoakwa with the later scoring twice.
The Kumasi based team started the second half with the introduction of Christopher Nettey, Captain Abdul Ganiu Ismail and Boadu Agadas.
Sarfo Taylor rapped the victory with a delightful strike to give Kotoko a 4-0 victory.
The team will continue their pre-season in Accra as the season opener get closer.
