The Black Galaxies of Ghana cruised to a 3-1 victory over a wasteful Sudan side on Thursday night at the ongoing 2022 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Algeria.
Sudan took an early lead in the 31st minute through Al Gozoli Nooh after a sumptuous build up.
Konadu Yiadom put Ghana level before the break as the defender placed the ball past goalkeeper Ali Abdalla Aboeshren.
Ghana were awarded a penalty during the hour mark when striker Daniel Afriyie Banieh was brought down in the box. The captain of the Galaxies made no mistake to slot in Galaxies second on the night.
Hearts Of Oak striker Suraj Seidu completed the 3-1 victory for Ghana as the West African giants book a quarter-final ticket in Algeria.
